Refund Policy

Refund will be done as per the company policy or operator's policy whichever is applicable is mentioned below –

a. NICT is providing platform of bookings and is not liable for any change in tour or booking schedule by operator.


b. Once the ticket or booking is cancelled by the customer, refund of amount will be processed as per the flight operator/bus operator/Hotel operator's policy.


c. Refund amount will be credited in to the original payment mode or customers provided bank account details within 7 to 15 working days.


d. NICT is not liable for the booking or ticket cancellation by tour or hotel operator and refund will be processed as per their policy and terms and conditions.


e. NICT reserves exclusive rights to change/modify the terms and conditions relating to refund policy of the company.
